Out of 86,924 people who tested for the novel coronavirus on Monday, March 21, 2022, 14,460 came back positive, making up approximately 16.6% of tests taken. There are currently 320 people in Israel in serious condition with COVID-19.

Exactly 13,603 people tested positive for corona on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 according to the Health Ministry, with 19.08% testing positive out 71,291 tests taken throughout the day. There were 301 corona patients listed in serious condition, 130 of whom are intubated. The death toll stood at 10,455. The R number rose to 1.42.
