2,594 new cases of the novel coronavirus were diagnosed in Israel on Sunday, May 8, 2022 out of 63,587 tests administered, the Health Ministry announced on Monday morning. The positivity rate is at 4.08%.

Of those diagnosed, 130 are in seirous condition, 65 are in critical condition, 55 are intubated and six are connected to ECMO breathing machines.

The death toll stands at 10,741.

2,021 cases of coronavirus were diagnosed in Israel on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 out of 59,999 tests administered, the Health Ministry announced Wednesday morning, at a 3.39% positivity rate.

Of them, 113 are in serious condition, 49 are in critical condition, 47 are intubated and five are connected to ECMO breathing machines.

The death toll stands at 10,749.
