Christmas Concert held jointly by TLEA Los Angeles Church and TLEA San Diego Pillar of Praise Church
The praises bands of TLEA Los Angeles Church and those of TLEA San Diego Pillar of Praise Church jointly held the 5th Christmas concert in the dining room of a home for the retired Japanese (130 residents) in Los Angeles City.
Eshurun, 18 years old, member of San Diego Church sang “Hark! The Herald Angeles Sing.”(picture below)
Mr. Takeshita, also of San Diego Church sang “Smile” from a songbook published by the Rivers in the Deserts Music.(picture below)
The Praise band of LA Church sang “Great Love” from a song book published by the Rivers in the Deserts Music.
(picture below) Then Eshurun sang “Oh Holy Night” solo.
God abundantly used Pastor Dancan of San Diego Church as she gave a testimony about Eshurun, her daughter’s healing of autism. (picture below)
Afer that, when Eshurun sang “My Redeemer lives,” her beautiful solo voice echoed throughout the quiet dining room.
Toward the end of the concert, all of us singers sang “God is Love” together as we formed “L” with our fingers. The audience also joyfully sang it with us.(picture below)
At 2pm on the same day, we visited another Japanese Intermediate Care Facility in Los Angeles City, and held a Christmas concert with the same programs. About 40 people from the ward of Alzheimer’s joined us, and the concert was really successful with full of His blessings.
