English certificate needed upon departure from Israel for Japan

According to the information dated April 19, 2021, all people entering Japan from Israel need an English certificate of COVID-19 test that was taken within 72 hours before departure from Israel.

This English certificate must be obtained at one of the six designated medical institutions in Israel.
