Volunteer mini concert in a Japanese American Health Care Center in Los Angeles

On March 8th, we as Praise & Worship group of TLEA Los Angeles Church (His Glory/Maranath/Mariko/Hosanna) held a volunteer mini concert in the Kei-Ai Japanese American Health Care Center in Downtown Los Angeles. About 70 residents of that facility participated. First, we explained about “gospel music,” and sang 4 hymns: “Amazing Grace,” “What a friend we have in Jesus,” “Jesus loves me this I know,” and “Because He lives” both in Japanese and English together with the residents.

We mainly sing our original Japanese gospel songs called “J-Gospel.” The residents really like some of the J-Gospel songs that cheer them up, such as “No problem, everything will be O.K,” and “God is Love.” The Lord blessed our concert, and we were able to sing 10 J-Gospel songs in total.
